Brandon Lurie

Mr. Lurie is Co-Founder and Principal of Orange State Partners, where he oversees the firm's overall management, strategic vision, and investment activities.

With over 35 years of experience in South Florida real estate, Mr. Lurie has participated in more than $6 billion in transactions across retail, office, industrial, and residential asset classes. His experience spans the acquisition, development, construction, and management of hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial properties and thousands of acres of land throughout Florida.

Prior to co-founding Orange State Partners in 2009, Mr. Lurie served as President of Aura Group, Inc. (1985—1995) and as a principal of The Richard-Brandon Company (1995—2009), both full-service real estate investment and development firms.
