Town Kitchen, LLC developed, constructed, and operated TOWN Kitchen & Bar, a contemporary full-service restaurant located in Plaza 57 at the southeast corner of SW 73rd Street and SW 57th Court in South Miami, Florida. The restaurant occupied approximately 4,400 square feet indoors and 1,200 square feet outdoors.
TOWN Kitchen & Bar operated successfully for over 15 years, generating more than $4 million in annual gross sales prior to its sale to another operator. The restaurant offered breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week, featuring an extensive menu of high-quality dishes prepared by an experienced culinary team and served by professional staff.
Designed as a modern yet approachable neighborhood dining destination, TOWN provided the South Miami community with a memorable casual dining experience in a stylish, welcoming setting.
Owner and operator of House, a contemporary full-service restaurant and bar located at 180 Aragon Avenue in Coral Gables, Florida. The 4,782 sq. ft. restaurant featured an additional 1,500 sq. ft. of storage and office space, plus a 1,400 sq. ft. outdoor patio.
House offered lunch, dinner, late-night service, and weekend brunch, known for generous portions of high-quality food at reasonable prices in a lively, modern atmosphere with a strong emphasis on cocktails and liquor sales. The menu included a popular selection of shareable "small plates."
The restaurant seated approximately 210 guests across the main dining room, bar and lounge, private dining area, and outdoor patio. Developed, built out, and operated successfully for two years, House achieved over $2.5 million in annual gross sales prior to its sale to a new operator.
Owner and operator of Sake Blue, an Asian-inspired full-service restaurant, bar, and raw bar located at 2225 Altara Avenue in Coral Gables, Florida. The 6,422 sq. ft. restaurant included 1,625 sq. ft. of storage and office space plus an 800 sq. ft. outdoor patio.

The 200-seat restaurant featured an extensive menu focused on barbecue and traditional Southern comfort foods, complemented by a full liquor bar, broad beer selection, signature cocktails, and curated wine list.
Operating seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night service, Smoke't generated over $2.5 million in annual sales during its two years before being sold.
