coconut crossings

Coconut Crossings consist of 30.75+/- acre of land located in the City of Estero, unincorporated Lee County, Florida. It sits at the NW intersection of Coconut Road and US 41 (Tamiami Trail) directly across US 41 from the property is Coconut Point Mall, a regional “mixed-use” and “life-style” mall developed by the Simon Group.

Coconut Crossing is designed as a “Mixed-Use” community with the purpose of blending retail and residential life styles within the site and with interconnected pedestrian activity to achieve and maintain a unique, unified and pleasing aesthetic/visual quality live work experience.

Coconut Crossings is being planned for over 150,000 feet of retail with approximately 26,000 square feet of office space above retail will be integrated into a second level of several of the out-parcel buildings sites. The residential portion of Coconut crossings is designed for 631 luxury residential units phased in 4 building at up to 8 stories in height.
